No experience? No certification? No problem.
We hire both Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Whether you're just starting out or already certified, there's a place for you at Opus ABA. We provide full, paid training and mentorship from day one.
About the Roles
Opus ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes across the Aberdeen, South Dakota area. You'll work directly with amazing kids, helping them build skills, gain confidence, and reach milestones their families have been hoping for.
You'll be mentored by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who knows your name — not just your caseload number. At Opus, we invest in our team because we know that when our technicians feel supported, our kids get better care.
This is more than a job — it's a career with real growth potential. Many of our team members start as BTs, earn their RBT certification with our support, and go on to pursue their BCBA credentials.

Your Path to Growth
At Opus ABA, we don't just hire technicians — we develop them. Start as a BT, earn your RBT certification with our paid training and support, and when you're ready, pursue your BCBA credentials. Many of our team members have gone from entry-level to leadership roles, and we'd love for you to be next.
